1 Introduction & Applicability

ave67 is an online entertainment gaming platform that provides various gaming services for players in Bangladesh, including live casino, slots, and cricket betting. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the ave67 website and all services associated with it.

Each individual may operate only one account on ave67. If multiple accounts are identified for the same person, all associated accounts may be suspended or closed and any bonuses or winnings held in those accounts may be forfeited.

2.3 Accurate Information

All information provided at the time of account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete. Providing false or misleading information will result in the immediate closure of the account.

3 Account Management

3.1 Password & Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login credentials completely confidential. Keep your password strong and do not share it with any third party. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify the ave67 support team immediately.

3.2 Account Suspension

ave67 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms.
• Evidence of fraud, manipulation, or misconduct.
• Account information found to be false.
• Evidence of bonus abuse or system exploitation.
• For security or investigative reasons.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

The minimum deposit amount on the ave67 platform is ৳200. Approved payment methods are bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. No payment methods outside these three are currently accepted. Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. It is recommended to use the same payment method for withdrawals that was used for the deposit.

4.3 Verification

Before a withdrawal, ave67 may request that an identity verification process be completed. This process may require submission of a national identity card or other valid identification documents. The withdrawal process may be delayed until verification is complete.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New players will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a ৳1,500 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,500; or depositing ৳28,000 will give the maximum ৳20,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated only on the bonus amount, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example: for a ৳1,500 bonus, ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

A bonus is valid only once and applies only once per household, device, or IP address. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash or transferred. ave67 reserves the right to change or withdraw bonus offers at any time. If bonus terms are violated, the bonus will be forfeited.

6 VIP Program

ave67's VIP program has four tiers, with weekly cashback benefits provided at each tier:

• Bronze Tier: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver Tier: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold Tier: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum Tier: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on your activity and participation on the platform. Cashback is automatically credited to your account at the designated time each week.

7 Gaming Rules

7.1 Fair Play

ave67 is committed to ensuring a fair and safe gaming environment. The platform follows SSL encryption and fair play principles. If any player attempts to exploit system vulnerabilities or technical errors, their account will be closed immediately.

7.2 Prohibited Activities

If any part of these Terms is found to be illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, that part will be severed from the effective Terms. The remaining Terms will remain fully in effect.

16 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between you and ave67. Any prior oral or written understandings are replaced by these Terms.
